You should have excellent organisation and communication skills, good personal and time management, and be flexible and adaptable to new and changing environments. 
 
Applicants should: 
- be bilingual (Korean & English) or English speaking 
- have a minimum of a Masters or a PhD/PsyD. 
- maintain licensure in Korea(상담심리사 1급 이상) or North America 
- have strong knowledge of, and adherence to, ethics
